Dulce Misterio is the story of a dream turned into reality. Mauricio Duque, a former coffee exporter, chose after the pandemic to dedicate himself to production, focusing on one of Colombia’s most refined varieties: Geisha.
His farm in the Caldas region, located at 1850–2040 m above sea level, is dedicated exclusively to coffee. Here, Mauricio works with a permanent team of pickers, trained to select only perfectly ripe cherries, while processing is kept simple and precise to highlight the terroir.
The coffee undergoes a two-stage fermentation, followed by careful drying on African beds, with each lot individually monitored to ensure consistency and quality.
